When a marriage faces serious difficulty, Imam Hassan Ali Kasi offers confidential, compassionate guidance rooted in the Qur'an and Sunnah. Our first aim is always reconciliation. Where separation cannot be avoided, we help it happen with dignity, fairness and ihsan.
Compassionate support at every step, always guided by the Qur'an and Sunnah.
Reconciliation Counseling
Before any separation, we sit with both spouses, and with family arbitrators where helpful, to seek a way back to harmony, as the Qur'an teaches.
Talaq Guidance
Clear guidance on the Sunnah way of divorce: its conditions, the waiting period (iddah), and the rights and responsibilities of both spouses.
Khula Consultation
For wives seeking to end a marriage, we explain khula, its conditions and steps, and help both sides reach a fair and respectful settlement.
Islamic Divorce Certificate
Once the Islamic process is complete, we issue a written certificate confirming the divorce for your religious records and any future nikah.
Important to Know
Islamic and Civil Divorce
An Islamic divorce does not end a marriage under U.S. civil law. If your marriage was registered with the state, a civil divorce must also be completed through the courts. We recommend speaking with a licensed family law attorney.
